Katie Boyle is a Toronto-based designer and metalsmith. With a deep love for design, her intrigue has taken her around the world on a mission of exploration and discovery. These experiences have shaped her aesthetic, values, and perception of what is important in life.
A graduate from Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCAD U) with a Bachelor of Design degree and several accolades, Katie has worked with various Toronto-based jewelry designers perfecting her craftsmanship. In 2011, her design of the Mucalinda Serpent King bracelet was auctioned off as part of Leigh Blake & Alicia Keys’ Keep a Child Alive Foundation at the Black Ball, which helped raise $2 million for aid for those diagnosed with HIV/AIDS in Africa and India.
Katie expanded her skills in design as Design Manager of the wildly successful, award-winning fashion and lifestyle website, COVETEUR, where she worked with notable brands including CHANEL, Coach, Sephora, Jo Malone, and Dior.
In 2016, Katie decided to focus on her true passion, kb, full time. In her eponymous line, she strives to make timeless, modern, and relaxed pieces you’ll never want to take off.
